An out of state minister performing a wedding in Ohio must fulfill the same requirements as a minister who is a resident of Ohio. For other questions, contact the Ohio Secretary of State office @ 614.728.9200.

Each non-profit corporation [including churches] must file a “Form 522: Continued Existence of Nonprofit Corporation,” every five years.
